**Step 1: Enable "Unknown Sources"**
Before you can install files from outside sources on Epic Apps, you must grant permission.
1. Go to the **Settings** (gear icon) on your Android TV home screen.
2. Select **Apps** > **Security & Restrictions**.
3. Locate **Unknown Sources** and toggle it **ON** for the browser or file manager you plan to use.
**Step 2: Use Epic Apps to Find a "Downloader"**
The Epic Apps store primarily features official streaming apps. To download QualityTV, you will need a tool to retrieve the file.
1. Open the **Epic Apps** store.
2. Search for an app named **"Downloader"** (it typically has an orange icon with a white arrow).
3. Install it; this is the preferred tool for Android TV setups in 2026.
**Step 3: Download QualityTV**
1. Open the **Downloader** app you just installed.
2. In the URL bar, enter the direct download link provided by your Welcome email (e.g., a provided 5-digit short code).
3. The APK file will start downloading. Once complete, a window will appear prompting you to **Install**. Click **Install**.
**Step 4: Launch and Log In**
1. Once the installation is finished, click **Open**.
2. Enter your email credentials (Username and Password).
3. **Pro Tip:** If the app doesn’t appear on your main home screen, go to the **"+"** (Add App) icon at the end of your apps row to pin it for easy access.
